As Purchasing and Inventory Manager, Dorothy Szwaja is responsible for procuring and maintaining appropriate inventory levels of all raw materials to make our products. Working hand-in-hand with our production manager, Dorothy schedules all production and tracks our production time. She is also responsible for documenting and improving our quality standards.

Dorothy’s background includes metal fabrication, steel Industry, manufacturing of steel rule and die sets, and chemical distribution. She is currently working on a Bachelors degree in Business Administration at Kennesaw State University.

When away from Wesley, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Dave, gardening and collecting Department 56 village pieces to make displays of the North Pole and Christmas in the City. Being a native Chicagoan, one of her favorite pastimes is weekend adventures, exploring different areas of Georgia.
